   4. Practice saying no with conviction and confidence

How To Use Your Booster:

Download your workbook (6 pages) by clicking on the button above. This is a PDF file that you can read on your computer or print to read anywhere. You will want to use the worksheets inside while you are listening to Asking For Help. You will need Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher to view your booster - you can download it for free here.

Play the audio file (10 min, 59 sec) any time you have a challenge to face or problem to solve. You can play the audio several ways ...

Click on the Download Audio link above to copy the booster to your computer. The file will open in your default media player where you can save the file to your hard drive (on most computers you right click on the link and pick "Save Target As" from the menu), as well as listen to it. You can then use it however you want! Play it on your computer anytime, burn a CD to play in your car, or move it onto your iPod or MP3 player to listen on the go.
